The Hurricane Bike!
Carolina's Stanley Cup championship hockey team inspired this tribute new construction. Ron the Ref is an ardent fan
who works with the Hurricane organization in various capacities. He wanted a bike that reflected his passion, yet would turn
heads among the bike passion crowd.

The main feature on this bike are the wild hockey stike handlebars assembled from 19 separate parts! Note the puck between
the sticks. Aside from the assembly process, other fabrication on this bike included the fiberglas seat pan, a special LED
light embedded in the fender and nearly invisible until the brake is pressed, the swingarm mounted license plate bracket and
other parts.
